Guinu has not long released the Jazz Funk LP Palagô, which is ace by the way, but he’s straight back to business hand picking four album tracks and bringing in a crack squad of remixers , leaving them to offer their original take on each.
The original album was recorded live in the studio so all the remixes really take the tracks in a different direction with the composition, each adding plenty of new elements and layers to the parts they work with, but all manage to retain the feel of Guinu and his underlying sound.
