Review: Jansons and Liz Cass – Less Ordinary

Read Time:1 Minute, 6 Second

Classic Music Company drop a release that is guaranteed to get some massive dancefloor attention over the months ahead.

Jansons delivers another super tight production, something we come to expect from the man, and all the signs are there for this release to be as sort after as his 2019 show stopper “Switch”.

For this new release “Less Ordinary”, Jansons collaborates with vocalist Liz Cass who commands attention from the opening bars of the track with her rhythmic, melodic and hypnotic vocals that sit perfectly alongside the simplistic beats, synth loops and bassline. Minimal in its parts it may be, these elements do everything you want, expect and more from a dancefloor killer, and this is very much that.

This track has been causing trouble on dancefloors in London and beyond for a little while now with Classic receiving some incredible feedback from the DJs who have been lucky enough to obtain early copies, and there is no doubt this track is going to be around for many months to come.

An absolute must if you love slapping the dancefloor around the chops with a big fat house record.
