We’re big fans of Ralph Session and his dancefloor heavy creations and this new release from the Barcelona based New Yorker is another piece of funked up house that is timed perfectly for the return to our London dancefloors.
The groove from the keys, bouncing bass line and sprinkling of disco added on top all sweep along the stunning vocal from Chicago house diva Carla Prather. The original has that classic Om, Siesta vibe going on.
The offering from Jason Hodges and Oliver Dollar takes the vocal, chops it about and layers it around a more dubbed out and percussive beaut of a remix.
Both versions, plus dub mix and instrumental of the original and dubstrumental of the remix, will have you looking back, forward and especially for the dancefloor. House vibes a plenty and a release you need in your life. Love ya’ Ralph!
